Thanks to their proven design and high-quality manufacturing, these bearings are a reliable choice for demanding operating conditions.
“Despite rising production costs, we have been able to maintain a stable price level for the WJ/WJP 130×240 size. For the WJ/WJP 120×240 variant, we have even succeeded in reducing the sales price through cost optimization and more efficient production management,” said Ing. Jiří Prášil, CEO of the ZKL Group.
Our main bearing configurations are certified according to TSI standards, confirming compliance with European legislation. In recent years, we have made significant investments in upgrading our inspection and measurement facilities at the Klášterec nad Ohří and Brno plants.
In Brno, we have also introduced the production of TBU (Tapered Bearing Units), whose quality has been validated through operational testing. These units have successfully covered over 1.5 million kilometers without damage. We are currently preparing a major investment project to install a new production line in Klášterec, which will significantly increase our axle bearing production capacity.
