Passengera has secured a contract with Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) to deliver state-of-the-art connectivity and onboard infotainment for long-distance sleeping coaches and other train units. Developed in cooperation with local partners, the project marks a major step in ADY’s digitalization and in enhancing passenger comfort across Azerbaijan.
This strengthens Passengera’s presence in the region and builds on previous projects. The solution performs reliably even in demanding terrain and is already used by operators like Rhätische Bahn in Switzerland, New Zealand’s KiwiRail, Peru’s IncaRail, and Croatian national carrier HŽPP. Thanks to its modular and scalable design, the technology is easily adaptable to various types of operations, from luxury tourist trains to regular domestic lines. Passengera is helping railways modernize and remain competitive in the digital age.
