RETEX invites the professionals to the presentation of the new Airlay II production line, which will take place on September 19. Modern technology represents a significant milestone in the production of advanced insulation materials not only for rail vehicles, but also for buses and other industrial applications.

The Airlay II line allows the production of functional composite layers by combining various materials improves the acoustic and thermal properties of textiles and offers the possibility of lamination, ironing or applying protective layers.
The main product of the new line will be the innovative Envizol Train textile – an ecological insulation made of recycled fibers, developed for use in trains, trams and buses. With a capacity of 3,500 tons of textiles per year, the line will enable the growing demand for sustainable and advanced insulation in the railway industry.
The investment in the Airlay II line is another step towards strengthening RETEX’s position as a leader in the circular economy and technological innovation in the field of technical textiles.
