The first memorandums of cooperation with the most important technical universities were signed by representatives of the emerging media project KÝM BUDU. It aims to solve the long-term and pressing problem of the shortage of experts in technical professions.

“At the beginning of the year, we gained the patronage of key entities from the public administration and private sector, among the first to give it the green light was the Minister of Transport Martin Kupka, ACRI also joined,” recalls andragogist and promoter of extracurricular education Dagmar Šír, who heads the project.
“We are now discussing specific forms of cooperation with individual universities. We have signed memoranda with the first of them that regulate their future participation in the project,” describes Šír. The deans of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of VŠB – TUV Robert Čep, the Faculty of Civil Engineering of BUT in Brno Rostislav Drochytka and the Faculty of Transport Engineering of CTU in Prague Ondřej Přibyl have already signed.
“We had the opportunity to present the platform to representatives of the most important industrial companies, such as ČEZ a.s., ŠKODA AUTO or SIGMA GROUP. We greatly appreciate that some of them have expressed interest in participating in our joint work,” emphasizes Dagmar Šír.
