AMiT Transportation s.r.o., which last year announced its acquisition of Bustec infosysteme GmbH among other developments, has opened 2026 with another major success. The company has become a platform supplier for Siemens Mobility’s Vectouro vehicles. AMiT thus builds on its successful cooperation with Siemens from 2020–2026, during which it equipped over 230 InterJet and ComfortJet cars for Czech Railways (ČD) with its technologies.
Platform supplier status means that AMiT’s systems will automatically be part of all future Vectouro projects worldwide. AMiT will supply the Passenger Information System (PIS) and Public Address (PA), Passenger Emergency Intercom (EI), Video Surveillance System (VSS), Multimedia System (MMS), and a Wi-Fi system including internet connectivity for passengers.
Thanks to these solutions, Vectouro vehicles will offer passengers enhanced safety, modern digital amenities, and maximum comfort throughout their journey.
