For the Swiss specialist in track maintenance machines, Matisa, we are developing a comprehensive lighting system for a new generation of tamping machines. The solution combines precise engineering, modern design, and compliance with demanding operational requirements.
The system is based on MTL (Modular Train Light) technology, which divides the main headlights into two functional sections. The main high-beam section uses five high-performance LED diodes with precisely designed optics to ensure maximum visibility range and operational safety. The signaling section consists of a matrix of 32 pairs of LED diodes, providing reliable white and red signaling for marker and tail light modes.
The assembly is complemented by the MTL04 upper light and a designer LED module that visually connects the lower lights into one unified element. The result is a modern and technologically advanced solution that combines functionality, safety, and an attractive appearance.
