Activity: Production of die forgings and rail vehicle subassemblies

MSV Metal Studénka, a.s. ranks among the largest and most modern forges within the Czech Republic.

We produce die forgings with weights from 1 to 70 kg and cold and hot pressings from 0.1 to 300 kg. The installed production capacity is 16,000 tons per year.

Our forgings are primarily intended for the railway and automobile industry, construction and power generation machines, agricultural machines, mining and hydraulic equipment.

We produce wide assortment of UIC buffers of all categories, draw gears, screw couplings and draw hooks with capacity from 380 kN to 1500 kN.

We supply forgings in raw or heat-treated condition, sand-blasted with anticorrosive protection or machined parts. The machining is done on CNC machining centres.

Mechanical, metallographic and non-destructive testing is done in our own testing shop using computer aided valuation of measurements. We have owner painting shop.
