AV R&D successfully continues in the defined strategy of complex development of rolling stock in the 2020. AV R&D has participated at significant number of transportation projects from visualization through design up to component tests.
Visualizations are realized in close synergy between AV and Lukas Tanecek design office with impact to the functional design and multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience of AV R&D specialists.
Composite material designs are newly integrated into development process according to railway standards. Standard of AV solution (Added Value) are design proposals and analyses of welded and bonded structures together with provision of services design services, simulations and testing.
From 2.1.2020 AV R&D successfully added new certificate of accredited test laboratory and added to its portfolio life-time tests, life-time test under cold and warm conditions (from -40 oC up to 120 oC) and rolling stock / infrastructure vibration measurement.
