Resistance, recyclability, high fire safety and above-standard acoustic and sound insulation parameters – these are the qualities that have made customers so fond of the new Envizol Train material. The RETEX company wants to offer advanced textiles to an even wider range of customers, and therefore decided to invest in a new line with the airlay technology. It will expand the production capacity by an additional six thousand tons of insulating material per year.
Line will manufacture products with an even lower volumetric weight, while maintaining excellent thermal insulation properties. Additional technologies will enable the production of special laminates, which can consist of up to six layers. The facility will also be able to process a new fibers, on the basis of which RETEX will introduce new material for sleeper carriages. The launch of the line will take place at the end of 2023 and the total amount of investment will reach 140 million crowns.
