As of 1 January 2023, Libuše Jurečková (59), a manager with more than 25 years of experience in senior positions, particularly in the field of finance, has taken up the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Škoda Group. At Škoda Group, she is responsible for the management of the group’s financial activities and is responsible for financial planning and monitoring of financial flows and their control.

Libuše Jurečková studied economics and finance at the Technical University of Ostrava. Since 2004, she has worked for 14 years in senior finance positions at ABB, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Subsequently, she spent a year as Group Controller at Quant Service and then worked as CFO for non-corporate customers at Vodafone. Finally, she held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at ČEZ Group in Romania for four and a half years.
